Business Looking to Hire 100+ in Savannah

With the unemployment rate in the Coastal Empire close to ten percent it seems there may be some light at the end of the tunnel.
Liberty National, a life insurance company based out of Texas, is opening up an office here in Savannah.
Today they held job interviews at the Armstrong Center.
They’re expecting to hire around one hundred twenty five people for this location.
Everything from management to sales agent positions need to be filled.
“The economy does not affect our line of work. People are always in the need for insurance whether it health or life insurance and when the economy does take a downturn people get serious about where they spend their money,” explains Nate Soderquist the new branch manager.
