Hugh "Trip" Tollison
President and CEO

Hugh “Trip” Tollison is the President and CEO of the Savannah Economic Development Authority, overseeing all aspects of the organization including business attraction, business retention and expansion and World Trade Center Savannah. Having been involved in nearly all major economic development initiatives in Chatham County in the last decade, Trip has a wealth of experience and extensive relationships on the local, state and regional level.  He previously served as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of the Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce and served as an aide in Georgia and Washington for U.S. Senator Sam Nunn and U.S. Congressman Jack Kingston. He received his degree from the School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Georgia. 

Leigh Acevedo
Director of Business Retention

Leigh Acevedo has been a member of the SEDA team since 2007 and is responsible for leading initiatives to help local business grow and expand. She works with businesses to ensure that they have access to and knowledge of available incentives, programs, partnerships and services as well as working closely with local and state partners to deliver targeted educational programs and address industry-specific workforce needs.

Patrick Bentley
Emerging Industries Project Manager

Patrick Bentley works with technology-based and creative design companies who are interested in locating to the area. Prior to joining SEDA, Patrick was the founder of both a tech-based non-profit and a web development company.  

Leia Dedic
Economic Research Manager
Leia Dedic came to SEDA with a glowing recommendation from Armstrong State University’s Dr. Mike Toma, director of the Center for Regional Analysis. Leia has an in-depth knowledge of the demographic data, economic statistics, rankings, lists and information on Savannah, Chatham County and our region, for the purpose of prospect requests for information and marketing materials.  

Jesse Dillon
Business Development Project Manager

As Project Manager for Business Attraction, Jesse works closely with companies interested in locating in Chatham County. She is engaged from the initial project inquiry to announcement and facilitates client needs. Previously, Jesse was the WTCSav's Manager of Programs and Trade Development where she managed inbound trade missions, outbound trade and investment development efforts and the planning, marketing and execution of Global Education Programs.  

Chrissy Driggers
Executive Assistant/Office Manager
Chrissy Driggers keeps the office running day to day as well as serving as the Executive Assistant to SEDA’s President and CEO. She is the building manger for The Offices at World Trade Center Savannah and WTCSav’s intern coordinator.

Brynn Grant
Chief Operating Officer, SEDA
Vice President, World Trade Center Savannah
Brynn Grant has worn many hats over her 16 years at SEDA. Now Chief Operating Officer, she works to make Savannah and SEDA as competitive as possible in the effort to create, grow and attract business and create jobs. She supports all divisions and is responsible for ongoing development of products, services, programs and incentives and addressing related issues in workforce, infrastructure and investment. She is also the Vice President of WTCSav, Savannah’s international development platform for the greater Savannah region.

Angela Hendrix
Director of Marketing and Public Relations
Angela Hendrix, a 20 year public relations veteran, brought her in-depth knowledge and experience of marketing and public relations to SEDA in 2012. She oversees the planning, management and implementation of all marketing, communications, events, public relations and media relations at SEDA and WTCSav.

Kathleen Henry
World Trade Center Savannah Manager of Research and
Trade Development

Kathleen Henry is responsible for researching the needs of WTCSav's clients and partners, including country, industry and product-specific information and data. She is also responsible for trade services reports, proposals and plans as well the planning and execution of outbound trade and investment development efforts to serve the needs of WTCSav and its partners. 

Brandt Herndon
Vice President of Business Development
Brandt Herndon came to SEDA by way of the Fayette County Development Authority, where he served as President and CEO. As SEDA’s Vice President of Business Development, Brandt and his team are responsible for implementing SEDA’s business development action plan to attract prospects as well as retention, expansion and creation of prospects and projects.

 LeAndrea Mikell
World Trade Center Savannah Programs and Marketing Coordinator

LeAndrea is responsible for planning, marketing and executing World Trade Center Savannah's Global Education Programs. She is also responsible for WTCSav's social media strategy and managing the WTCSav database. 

Casey Peters
Administrative Assistant
Casey runs our front office and phone system as well as assists in the management of the building. 

Leigh Ryan
World Trade Center Savannah Director of Trade Services and 
Foreign-Trade Zone 104
Leigh Ryan manages WTCSav's trade services assisting companies with their international strategies and the organization’s internship program. She is also Director for Foreign-Trade Zone 104, servicing 16 Georgia counties and works with established operators as well as promoting the benefits of FTZ to the region. 
Mark Sprosty
Vice President of Finance and Administration
With more than 20 years of accounting experience, Mark Sprosty, CPA, is responsible for SEDA’s financial reporting, year-end audit preparation, budgeting and forecasting activities as well as developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures. In addition to his financial responsibilities, Mark oversees human resources at SEDA.
